Paramount Print Pack celebrates 20 years

Paramount Print Pack (Pvt) Ltd., with their sister companies Paramount Packing and Paramount Print celebrated its 20th anniversary at 'Paramount Nivasa' recently.

Sky Paramount (Pvt) Ltd was set up in 1992 to supply sachets for the hospitality industry. Two years later, the company ventured into offset printing with a single off-set machine and a handful of employees. As the company grew and demand for hygienic, easy-to-use packaging solutions increased, Sky Paramount was split into two companies, Paramount Packing and Paramount Print Pack (Pvt) Ltd.

According to Managing Director, Priyanga Perera quality was paramount. Employees are provided comprehensive in-house training before taking on their roles, while inbound and outbound motivational training is also included. Each employee is also nurtured to work in a team environment and individual and team performance is rewarded. Perera believes this is has been imperative in bringing the company to where it stands today.

A spokesman for the company said, "Providing customers with an A-Z printing and packing solution is Paramount Print Pack's ultimate goal. The company assists the customers right from the design stage and ensures the highest quality standards until the end product meets the customer's satisfaction. "

Housed at 'Paramount Nivasa' in Pethiyagoda, Kelaniya, the company's state-of-the-art printing and packaging facility equipped with modern technology and manned by skilled personnel, strives to meet new demands. The company has won merit and distinction certificatesat the annual Print and Collate Awards organised by the Sri Lanka Association of Printers.
