HNB Assurance wins three awards for Annual report

HNB Assurance PLC won the Bronze Award for Overall Excellence in
Annual Financial Reporting, Bronze Award for Corporate Governance
Disclosure and the Silver Award among the insurance companies. This
event organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka
was held recently in Colombo.
"It is an exceptionally great achievement for HNB Assurance to have
won prestigious awards in two of the main categories at the Annual
Report Awards in addition to winning a sector award. Being in existence
for only eleven years HNB Assurance is now competing with large
companies in Sri Lanka," Managing Director of HNB Assurance PLC, Manjula
de Silva said.
