Bronze for Janashakthi Insurance

Janashakthi Insurance Company (JIC) won the Bronze award for the Insurance Sector at the 48th CA Annual Report Awards organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka).

"As the single most important disclosure of the organisation's performance, position and highlights during the financial year, the Annual Report discloses significant information to its stakeholders.Therefore, this recognition attests to Janashakthi's transparency in financial reporting," said Managing Director of JIC, Prakash Schaffer.

"As the current global situation displays a dire need for transparency and good governance this award is a tribute to Janashakthi's commitment to these aspects and the clear and concise presentation of last year's activities," he said.
