PIM gets ISO certification

The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) received the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate.

"PIM's quality management system has been certified by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI)."It confirms that the internal systems that are adopted by the Academic Administration and Finance Divisions and the Library and the IT Centre, four major components of the PIM's management system, conform to best practice and stringent standards that a professional institution should possess.

The standards apply to the processes of the Institute which have a direct impact on quality. It emphasises continuous improvement and customer satisfaction", a spokesman for PIM said.
