eCybersec wins Gold Award

eCybersec (Pvt) Ltd won the Gold Award at the Hacking Challenge organised by Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team - Co-ordination Center (CERT-CC) at the fifth Annual National Conference on cyber security, at the Cyber Security Week 2012 held at the Taj Samudra, Colombo recently.

The Hacking Challenge is a contest for security professionals to attack and defend an actual network within four hours. It's participants were technical security professionals, network administrators, system administrators and students of information security courses.

CEO, eCybersec (Pvt) Ltd, Sanjee Balasuriya said that by winning the 'Hacking Challenge Contest' eCybersec has proved its highest capabilities in understanding the security issues of emerging technologies and being able to successfully develop platforms to mitigate the risks posed by upbeat technologies.
