Home Lands branch in Negombo

Home Lands (Pvt) Ltd opened its second branch in Negombo recently.

"The head office is in Battaramulla, a branch in Galle and averaging no less than 50 new projects annually, the company has over 1,000 blocks of land," a spokesman for the company said.

Among its latest projects is Kedella in Mirigama which is handled by the Negombo branch.

'Empire Court' and 'Regency Court' in Negombo, 'Shady Grove' in Seeduwa and 'St. Clare's' in Dankotuwa are some of its other projects.

"As a socially responsible corporate entity, it engages in developing public roads by laying concrete and modernising places of worship. Home Lands (Pvt) Ltd is also involved with the 'Derana Dream Star' television program by sponsoring a Rs. 2.5 million prize and two lands worth Rs. 1.5 m and Rs. 1 m," he said.

A loyalty card offering discounts on real estate purchases has also been launched.
