Etisalat spearheads 'Spark iT' initiative as Platinum sponsor

Through 'Spark iT' budding ICT entrepreneurs are given the opportunity of presenting a great business idea, for existing or new businesses. Etisalat Lanka will help propel the project as Platinum sponsor and support the promotion of ICT entrepreneurial development across Sri Lanka.

Director and CEO, Etisalat Lanka, Dumindra Ratnayaka said, "We are happy to extend our support as Platinum sponsor, towards an initiative that will help not only recognise, but fund ICT entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka. We believe in committing towards the development and growth of the ICT community, at a time when we are reaching its helm. Through initiatives such as 'Spark iT', great ideas now have the perfect platform to take flight."

The program will draw investors internationally and locally, thereby providing entrepreneurs the opportunity to accelerate their business. Entries will be judged by an panel, conforming to stringent criteria and standards.
