Glorious rhythm and beat

The dance troupe of Ananda Sastralaya, Kotte emerged winners at the All Ceylon Ballet Dance Competition organised by the Ministry of Education. The dance troupe was trained by well-known dance master Sidath Warakapitiya. The dance troupes of Ananda Sastralaya have won this competition from 2007. The themes under which the dances had been collaborated was 'Badulu Kochchiya', 'Dalada Perahara', 'Sannewedanaya' and 'Samaye Panividaya'.
