Dinuk props up Trinity

Trinity College, Skipper Dinuk Wikramanayaka scored a steady 53 with
3 fours and a six facing 118 balls to help his side to score 206 all out
in the first day of their inter-school cricket match against St.
Servatius College, Matara which began at the Asgiriya Stadium, Kandy
yesterday. The match will be continued today at 10 am.
Around 3 hours of play was lost due to rain and bad light. Dinuk
Wikramanayake during the course of his innings passed 500 runs for the
season and only the second batsman from the hill capital. He has now
scored 533 runs which includes a century and 6 fifties. It was Dinuk
Wikramanayake's innings which shared up Trinity's innings after they
were 100 for 6 at one stage.
