Gulfood 2013, one of the largest food exhibitions in the Middle East, is held annually in Dubai, UAE. It attracts the stakeholder community of the global tea trade. Sri Lanka has for several years been participating and promoting Pure Ceylon Tea and the Lion logo tea brands at this event.

"HELADIV, a brand of tea from Sri Lanka, will sponsor the event this year to promote the Ceylon Tea brand," a spokesman for the company said.

The exhibition will be held from tomorrow till February 28.

Chairman, HVA Foods PLC, Rohan Fernando said that this opportunity and Sri Lanka's commanding presence where global industry giants dominate will certainly be beneficial and add value to our tea industry.

HELADIV which participated in PRODEXPO 2013 in Russia, will innovate new wellness driven tea-based products and promote its iced tea range.

The brand believes global awareness and creating a strong presence at global gatherings and fora will enhance the brand equity. To further this strategy, HELADIV showcases its range of products across the globe.
