The pinkama to mark the 127th birth anniversary of D.R. Wijewardene, the founder of the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., (ANCL) was held at the Lake House premises yesterday. An all night pirith chanting began on Friday night followed by an alms-giving to the Maha Sangha yesterday. On left, ANCL Chairman Bandula Padmakumara and D.R.
