Navy assists visually handicapped persons
In response to a request made by the National Forum of the Visually
Handicapped Women of the Sri Lanka Federation of the Visually
Handicapped from the Naval Headquarters, 65 persons including 32
visually handicapped women and nine men were looked after by the
Northern Naval Command during their visit to the Jaffna islands.
