Sebastianite Cricket Club are leading by one run with two wickets
intact in their Inter-Club Division I Sara Trophy cricket match played
against United Southern Sports Club and worked off at Debarawewa Maha
Vidyalaya grounds.
Batting first United Southern were all out for 168 runs with Rashan
Madushanka scoring 62 and M.M. Tharanga contributing 40 runs. Hashan
James picked up 5 of 46 for the visitors.
At the end of day one Sebs are 169 for 8 with Jerald Bennet at the
crease with an unbeaten 41 and M.D. Malan claimed 4 of 27 for the
homesters.
