A CR and FC 'B' player is being challenged by an Army 'A'
player in the inter-club Rugby Sevens at Havelock Park

Kandy Sports Club 'A' notched up the highest score of 45-0 against
Peterson SC at the time going to press in the Inter-Club Rugby Sevens
Tournament sponsored by Dialog at the Havelock Sports Club grounds,
yesterday. But the star studded Kandy SC were held to a 12-all draw by
Police SC in their next outing CR and FC 'A' and the Up-Country Lions
did well to beat their opponents Police 'B' and Air Force 'B' scoring
40-0 and 40-5 respectively.
The latter part of the matches were played under floodlights.
