Nepalese billionaire mulls cement factory in Sri Lanka

Nepal's one and only Forbes billionaire Binod Chaudhary has submitted a proposal to the Sri Lankan government to establish a US$ 75 million cement plant in the Jaffna peninsula, reports quoting a statement from Chaudhary's office said.

Chaudhary has an estimated US$ 200 million investment in the island nation, including projects under way and proposed, the reports said.
