Dhamma School Day on August 3

The Sri Lanka Dhamma School Day 2013 will be held on August 3 at the Kurunegala Town Hall under the patronage of Prime Minister D.M. Jayaratne who would also be the chief guest at the occasion.Commissioner General of Buddhist Affairs, Chandraprema Gamage told at a conference of Heads of Dhamma Schools in the Kurunegala District held at Kurunegala District Secretariat recently "that the Government has decided to provide free uniform material to all teachers of Sunday Dhamma Schools and JP posts would be offered to senior Dhamma School teachers islandwide to admire their noble voluntary services for the future generation of our motherland".
