Singer goes for customer loyalty program
Singer recently launched a Customer Loyalty Program to mark its 162nd
anniversary.
"The program unifies the existing Singer Mega and Singer Plus Loyalty
schemes while introducing loyalty schemes by Sisil World and Singer
Homes. The Singer online real-time ERP system integrates all available
schemes, thereby making the Singer Customer Loyalty Program one of the
most accessible loyalty programs in Sri Lanka," Singer CEO, Asoka Pieris
said.
"Singer is one of the first consumer durables companies to introduce
such a customer loyalty program," a company spokesman said.
The Singer Customer Loyalty program is implemented through the Singer
IT system powered by ERP solutions provider, IFS, to serve customers who
patronise Singer Plus, Singer Mega, Singer Homes and Sisil World stores.
Customers shopping at any Singer retail outlet islandwide are eligible
to obtain a loyalty card.
"The Singer Customer Loyalty Program has been designed to give
cardholders more flexibility and greater convenience. The cardholders
can earn loyalty points through hire purchase sales and when paying
utility and credit card bills through Singer's Express Pay Counters," he
said.
