Etisalat introduces 'Epic Rewards'

Etisalat Lanka recently launched a loyalty program, ‘Epic Rewards’, for all post-paid and prepaid customers. This is also valid for mobile and data connections.

Epic Rewards is an ‘opt-in’ program which gives the customer the choice of joining and selecting their preferred reward category, said Etisalat Director and CEO, Dumindra Ratnayaka at the launch of ‘Epic Rewards’ in Colombo recently.

“This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to the over four million customer network. ‘Epic Rewards’ is different because we provide special offers at merchant outlets,” Ratnayaka said.

The points 'Epic Rewards' members earn, known as ‘Rings’ which the customers earn by post-paid bill payments, prepaid reloads, subscribing to VAS and purchasing of devices.

“We have chosen these preferences according to the interests of our customers which we gathered through our research conducted to develop this program,” said Etisalat's Senior Manager – Prepaid Marketing and Customer Loyalty, Shameel Bishri.

Etisalat has chosen the merchant base with its strategic partner – Direct Solutions.
