National PVC appoints distributor

Central Industries PLC, manufacturers of PVC pipes and fittings, has appointed Winkem Agricare (Pvt) Ltd, as their distributor for Colombo Central.

A Central Industries official opens the outlet.

Hardware dealers Karupanapillai Krishnamoorthi, Krishnamoorthi Prasanna and Karupaiah Balasubramaniyam are the partners of Winkem Agricare.

A large gathering of well wishers, dealers and officials were present at the opening ceremony.

"The outlet will offer a speedy service to dealers in Armour Street, Messenger Street, Old Moor Street, Bandaranaike Mawatha, Quarry Road, Central Road and Pettah market," a company spokesman said.

The Dealer Network Division of Central Industries has over 30 distributors who operate islandwide. The company which has completed 25 years of business.

The company also manufactures rain water gutters, flexi and rigid electrical conduits, solvent cement, PE pipes, PE water tanks, stainless steel tanks, septic tanks, garden hoses, compact ball valves, electrical switches and accessories.
