Rs. 50 million for Tsunami Housing Scheme

Economic Development Deputy Minister M.L.A.M. Hisbulla said that a Rs. 50 million has been allocated to improve the infrastructure development of the Sainthamaruthu Bolivarian Tsunami Housing Scheme when he visited the Housing Scheme recently on the invitation of Digamadulla Parliamentarian H.M.M. Harees.

The Deputy Minister M.L.A.M. Hisbulla also discussed with the M.P., H.M.M. Harees, the various infrastructural works in detail to be undertaken under the program. Following the discussion, a meeting was also held at the Sainthamaruthu Divisional Secretariat under the chairmanship of Divisional Secretary A.L.M. Saleem. The Deputy Minister Hisbulla, M.P. Harees, all Government Department Officials and members of the public participated at this function.
