New postal stamp for Deyata Kirula 2014

All arrangements are currently being made for “Deyata Kirula 2014 National Development Exhibition in Kuliyapitiya in February this year. A new postal stamp will be issued to mark this national event.

The exhibition site comprises the premises of Wayamba Sri Lanka University, Government Technical College Kuliyapitiya and National School of Kuliyapitiya. The exhibition will be declared open by President Mahinda Rajapaksa on February 05 at 5.00 p.m. For the public.

It will be opened till 11th February 2014, said Deyata Kirula Exhibition Committee chairman, Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya at the Progress Reviewing Meeting of National Exhibition held recently at Kuliyapitiya Wayamba Sri Lanka University auditorium, in Kurunegala. Senior Co-ordinator to the President and former NWP Chief Minister Athula Wijesinghe and the Kurunegala District Secretary H.M.P. Hitisekara, also participated at the discussion.
