SLPBC to meet Pakistan HC

The Sri Lanka-Pakistan Business Council (SLPBC) of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will hold a luncheon meeting with the Pakistan High Commissioner Major General Qasim Qureshi.

The High Commissioner will provide the business community an insight into the new Pakistani Government's strategic intent while highlighting the novel trade opportunities that may crop up in the forthcoming years. The event will be held at the Taj Samudra on Wednesday.

The Sri Lanka-Pakistan Business Council which was incorporated in August, 1991 to promote trade, investment, tourism and services between Sri Lanka and Pakistan continues to work as an important link in improving and strengthening bilateral relations between the business communities of the two countries.
