Mobitel Cash Bonanza rewards winners

Mobitel launched the new instalment of 'Cash Bonanza' for 2014 recently. Cash prizes amounting to over Rs. 8 million which will touch close to 32,000 pre-paid and post-paid customers across the country.

Five lucky pre-paid customers and three post-paid customers received cash prizes of Rs. 500,000 each in the Cash Bonanza's January draw. The daily draw rewarded 31,775 winners with cash prizes totalling Rs. 4,727,500.

Pre-paid customers who received cash prizes of Rs. 500,000 were: T.B.C.I. Marliya of Ambalanthota, K.C. Kumara of Pelawatta, S.M.A.D. Kumara of Danowita, L.P.A.S. Pathirana of Kaleliya and E.A. Nihal of Telijjawila.

G.J. de Silva of Polgasowita, S.L.Ameen of Palamune 4 and H.K.D.R. Sunil Perera of Piliyandala were the grand prizes under the post-paid category.

This year Mobitel's Cash Bonanza Mobitel will hold a daily, monthly and quarterly draw at which cash prizes to Rs. 500, Rs. 500,000 and and Rs. 2,500,000 will be presented at each respective draw. Cash Bonanza has now completed three phases of the draw so far and presented cash prizes valued at Rs. 6.35 million to 2,690 winners.

Mobitel pre-paid, post-paid and broadband customers are eligible to win a cash prize through the Mobitel Cash Bonanza draw with every Rs. 50 cash recharge or post-paid bill value. The cash winnings of daily draw winners would be added to their special Mobitel 'mCash' account which can be activated by dialling #111#.
