Five cops suspended over unlawful arrest
Five officers including the OIC and the Crimes OIC of Giriulla Police
Station have been suspended with immediate effect over an unlawful
arrest and detention of a youth. They were suspended following several
complaints lodged by the people in the area over a disappearance of a
youth few weeks ago.
