Former Unilever chief joins HNB Board

The Board of Hatton National Bank PLC has appointed Amal Cabraal as an Independent Non-Executive Director from April 1.

With the new appointment, the Board of Hatton National Bank PLC will consist of 10 Directors of which six will be Non-Executive Independent Directors.

Amal Cabraal is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unilever Sri Lanka. He has over three decades of business experience in general management, marketing and sales.
