New variety of mango

A new variety of mango has been introduced by Weligaththa Rural Scientific Agricultural Technological Institute under the request of the speaker Chamal Rajapaksa. The Director of the institute M.D. Priyathilaka said that a farm had been set up in Ranmihitanna for this purpose and the farmers are successfully engaged in cultivation this mango variety.

They have been provided the proper technology of this new cultivation.
