Janashakthi launches Life Insurance Centre

Janashakthi Insurance launched a dedicated Life Insurance Centre at Galle Road, Colombo 3 last week as part of the company's 20th anniversary celebrations.

The centrally located Life Centre will cater to all Janashakthi life insurance customers.

Janashakthi Insurance's Managing Director Prakash Schaffter was the Chief Guest, while the Guest of honour was Director and Deputy CEO Jude Fernando. All heads of departments at Janashakthi and key staff members from the Life division were present.

New strategies for the Life insurance segment were unveiled at the event.

General Manager, Life, Sales and Operations said, Hashra Weerawardena, "With the opening of this new dedicated Life Centre, we hope to highlight some of Janashakthi's most innovative products in the segment, such as 'Janashakthi Life Unlimited', Jeewitha Vardana and 'Life Saver', which are groundbreaking in the field."

This was possible due to the commitment of our new Assistant General Manager - Life Sales (Corporate Sales and Strategic Channel Development), Nilanga Karunarathne who was instrumental in launching the new channel.
