Local Government and Provincial Councils Minister A.L.M. Athaullah said that development work should be planned systematically in consideration of the future generation. No one will be benefited from the works that are not planned properly.

Minister Athaullah said the Eastern Soil from Mutur to Pottuvil is fertile and beautiful.

The beautification of Eastern Province is wonderful. From the personal experiences of visits to several countries in the world, we can say that no country is as beautiful as Eastern Province of our country.
