Hulugalle, Deputy HC in Canberra, Australia

Lakshman Hulugalle assumed duties as Deputy High Commissioner in Sri Lanka High Commission in Canberra, Australia last week. He was the former Director General of the Media Centre for National Security (MCNS) of the Ministry of Defence, Director General for NGO National Secretariat, Deputy Chairman of NLDB and currently Director of the Commercial Bank Plc.

Hulugalle played a key role as the Director General of the MCSN during the Security Forces' battle against terrorism.
