Missing MH 370 hunt: Australia probes mysterious underwater sound

The Australian searchers are now investigating an underwater sound
that could possibly give an insight into the crucial final moments of
the Malaysia Airlines 370 plane that disappeared three months ago.
The low frequency sound is being studied by the researchers from
Curtin University to ascertain whether it was emitted after the plane
crashed into the waters or was due to the impact of explosion, .
However, the sound could have been emitted due to natural reasons as
well, the report stated.The University released the audio clip on
Wednesday even as the hunt for the missing plane continued in the Indian
Ocean.
According to the researchers at Curtin University, the sound
reportedly came from an area thousands of kilometers from the current
search location.
Meanwhile, a British woman sailor, Katherine Tee, has claimed that
she might have spotted the missing plane while sailing in the Indian
Ocean with her husband. She alleged seeing a plane on fire crossing the
night sky, trailing a plume of black smoke behind it, Huffington Post
reported. Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, travelling to Beijing from
Kuala Lumpur, went missing on March 8 with 239 people on board.
