A Public Grievances Redress Mechanism was
initiated to broadening the service delivery of public
institutions at the Temple Trees under the patronage of
President Mahinda Rajapaksa recently. Here, Minister of
Public Management Reforms Navin Dissanayake, who took the
first complaint via telephone, explains about the mechanism
to President. Several officials from the Ministry and other
public institutions were present.

Construction work commenced on the
proposed 15 storied office complex of Western Provincial
Council at Battaramulla on July 26. Here the WPC Chief

R.S. Selvarajah Nadar Foundation in
