Eco-friendly cleaning products

A new range of eco-friendly cleaning products, Ecoclean were launched by Pure Life Solutions recently.

The chemical-free cleaning products such as includes hand wash, laundry products, fruit and vegetable wash, baby laundry and general household cleaner is produced by the parent company Super Colloids Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.

"We are living in an age where we are subjected to chemicals in many products we eat, touch and wash with. The chemicals can build up over the years and cause problems.

"The eco-friendly range is a result of wanting to do a positive change in society," Pure Life Solutions, CEO Rifkhan Siddeek said.

The products were developed following extensive research. The formula was to make the product as efficient as others, but with no damaging side effects, he said.

Minister of Environment and Renewable Energy Susil Premajayantha was the chief guest at the launch.
