Samara-Lion ahead of Huh-Ring
Hah-Ring was disillusioned after the Green reformists said that it
was an insult to the party's chief ministerial candidate to have someone
else as the group leader.
Raveendra Samara-Lion who has been named the leader of all You-En-Pee
candidates contesting from the Badulla and Moneragala districts is set
to become the Opposition leader after an imminent defeat at the Uva PC
elections.
Love-Slave overlooked at Uva polls
The Green leadership has decided to abandon the idea of reinstating
Saa-jeet, the Love-Slave as the deputy leader ahead of the Uva polls on
the instructions of Wedding Sam, Sun Kind-Leader, Ka-roo and Gem Wije.
They said that Love-Slave's case has no bearing on the Uva elections
and that they could prove it by winning the PC polls.
Ra-Blue gets the better of Love-Slave
Sirikotha sources said that Love-Slave had dug his own grave by
attempting to fix Ra-Blue.
Love-Slave has laid down conditions to join the Green election
platform in Uva - in that Ra-Blue must contest the next Prez polls from
the You-En-Pee and resign from the party leadership when he loses.
Knowing only too well what Love-Slave was up to, Ra-Blue gave the
green light to Sam and his team's request.
Fonny's daydreaming continues
Fonny says that he is the most attractive leader in the Opposition
and should be made the candidate that is common at the next Prez polls.
With the You-En-Pee and the Bell Boys saying that they would go solo,
Fonny felt that he could get the much-talked about 'common' title. But
none of the leaders in the Opposition would ever unite, shattering Show-Bhi-ta's
hopes. |
