Asian Alliance Insurance holds13th Convention
The 13th Annual Life Sales Convention of Asian Alliance Insurance –
'Quality Awards 2014' was held recently on the theme 'Tradition of
Excellence' at Eagle’s Lakeside, Ratmalana.

The convention recognises the skills of the Asian Alliance sales team
which bears the baton of continuing the tradition of excellence within
the company.
Chief Operating Officer – Life, Chula Hettiarachchi said that Asian
Alliance Life has surpassed the giants and become the fastest growing
insurer in the country within 13 years.
Director and CEO, Ramal Jasinghe congratulated the winners and said
that the company was surging forward as a member of the diversified
Softlogic Group which will result in new dimensions to the insurance
solutions provided by Asian Alliance.
Executive Director, Iftikar Ahamed commended the performance of the
team of professionals while encouraging them to go beyond the
traditional framework and introduce new benchmarks for others in the
industry to follow.
The performance of every person in the sales team was measured on
three key elements, Quantity, Quality and Consistency, endorsing the
continuously improving productivity standards of Asian Alliance Life.
G. M. Lahiru Maduranga of Nugegoda Zonal Office bagged the most
prestigious awards of the year - Most Valuable Sales Person and the Best
Performer of the year awards.
M. A. T. D. Jeewantha (Panadura) and Dilan Yapa (Colombo) claimed the
runner-up awards.
Provincial Sales Manager – Colombo, Susil Atapattu was presented the
Best Regional Distribution Manager award while Upul Jayasekara (Zonal
Manager – Nugegoda) and Mahinda Perera (Zonal Manager – Battaramulla)
received the first and second runner-up awards.
Nisal Govinnage (Nugegoda) was picked as the Best Field Manager of
the Year while Sambuge Prashantha (Kottawa) claimed the runner-up award.
Nissanka Deshapriya (Kiribathgoda) received the Best Territorial Manager
award and B. G. Lalith Shantha (Galle) was the runner-up. |
