The rains have come down and you would have heard and seen the torrential downpours in many parts of the country. Children, you will have to be careful and try not to get wet in the rain. Do not play in the rain too because then you are likely to fall ill. Ensure that you carry your raincoats or umbrellas when you leave for school.

In the event your shoes get soaked see that you take them off and keep them on a side to dry because if you continue to wear wet socks and wet shoes you are sure to catch a cold and fall ill. Bye for now,
