Dear children,

October is a special month for many reasons - in addition to Haj Festival falling today, we also have Childrens' Day, Elders' Day and Teacher's Day during this month. Although special days have been designated to commemorate these days, we should not limit our efforts only to these days. Especially children must keep in mind to respect their teachers and honour them because they teach them to be good citizens and lead good lives. In addition to teaching you all your lessons they spend a lot of time trying to teach you what is right.

Now children even when it comes to elders you must respect and help them whenever they need your assistance. If you see an old person in a bus while you are seated, ensure that you offer him your seat. That little gesture will go a long way in their lives as well as yours. Help them whenever you can and ensure that you bring a smile to their faces.
