Fish becomes addicted to potato chips

A fish, that should be grey, has turned an unusual shade of pink after becoming addicted to prawn cocktail flavoured chips. Gerty, the Giant Gourami fish, was inherited from her previous owner by the Sea Life aquarium in London.

Aquarium workers became worried when Gerty refused to eat the food they fed her, before they found out about the unusual snack her previous owner used to feed her.

Gourami fish traditionally eat a diet of fruit and vegetation. Gerty, does not seem to be affected by the unhealthy diet apart from her odd colour change. Gerty is now on a strict diet, with no chips allowed!

Upside down house

We've all heard of upside down cake, but what about an upside down house? A house in Shanghai that is completely upside down, drew hundreds of visitors as it opened to the public on the first day of a national holiday recently.

The house had people walking on the ceiling and posing for photos beside upside down sofas and tables. The strange sensation of the sloping floor (ceiling) made everyone even more disorientated, leaving visitors awed and just a little dizzy!
