Associated Motorways (Pvt) Limited (AMW) launched one of the first
tabloids in Sri Lanka which focuses on tyre dealers and the industry.
The tabloid, Api Ekata was launched at the Kandy Earl's Regency Hotel,
by AMW Director Manufacturing, Pushpika Janadheera.
The paper will be distributed free among tyre dealers. The four-colour,
eight-page tabloid carries information on tyre dealers and new trends in
the tyre manufacturing and retreading sector, birthday and wedding
wishes and other information relevant to the sector.
AMW's Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing, Nimal S. Ratnayake said
that there are thousands of tyre dealers throughout the country and
their service to the country's transport sector is enormous. "A tabloid
such as Api Ekata was introduced to bring to the fore business
information pertaining to country's tyre dealers, their experiences and
ideas, shedding light on this gigantic sector," he said.
"We invite all in the sector to contribute towards this endeavour by
providing literature pertaining to the sector," Ratnayake said. |
