Premajayantha

UPFA General Secretary and Environment and Renewable Energy Minister
Susil Premajayantha said that the government has achieved a number of
development goals under the leadership of President Mahinda Rajapaksa at
the Akkaraipattu Athaullah Auditorium recently. The National Congress
Leader and Local Government and Provincial Council Minister A.L.M.
Athaullah presided. UPFA Parliamentarian P.H. Piyasena, Eastern
Provincial Council Road Development Minister M.S. Udumalebbe and UPFA
supporters were present on the occasion.
Minister Pramajayantha said that the common opposition has four
opinions on the Executive Presidency.
The common opposition has undertaken the contract of foreign
conspirators and the LTTE Diaspora to destroy the political stability of
the country.
President Rajapaksa deserves a fresh mandate to lead the country for
a third term to enable stability and development for the future benefit
of the nation. Political stability in Sri Lanka is very marked, compared
to other countries.
There was a time when students could not attend schools, devotees
could not attend the Mosques, farmers could not go to their fields.
Commuters could not travel in the buses.
But today the situation has changed completely. The terrorism by the
terrorists have come to an end and the people in the country are living
peacefully.
Therefore, I request the voters in the district to support the
candidature of President Rajapaksa, he said. |
