Thushara, Seevali - best competitors at Marshall Arts

Thushara Tennekoon of Girls High School Kandy and Seevali Hemachandra
of Medamulla M.V. Malsiripura were adjudged the Best competitors among
girls and boys respectively at the All-Island Marshall Arts Competition
held on Dec 26th at YMCA Hall, Kandy. It was organised by the Chinese
Kunfu scientific Training Centre of Sri Lanka.
There were 164 competitors (girls and boys, men and women) who
participated. There were 16 competitors who won Orange Belts, 18 won
green belts, there were 12 who won Purple Belts, Brown Belts by 17, Blue
Belts by 44 and Black Belt by 9 competitors.
Shiran Vajira Sampath (Black Belt 6th Dan, JIU - JITSM) Marshall
Arts. Instructor and his assistants conducted the competition on behalf
of the Marshall Arts Training Centre of Sri Lanka.
