This week we feature in our centre pages the importance of yoghurt and curd and their origins.Both are by-products of milk and are important in nourishment.

Milk helps to build bones but research has found that yoghurt and curd are also very helpful in maintaining our body and keeping it in good shape. If ever you have the opportunity try to have a yoghurt or some curd. Curd and treacle are a delicacy and served during festive occasions.
