Abans introduces LG OLED and Ultra HD curved TVs

The next-generation display technology and advanced ultra-thin curved design of the LG curved OLED TV brings a new era in home entertainment. With its gently curved screen and LG's proprietary WRGB OLED technology, the LG curved OLED TV produces life-like colours and an contrast ratio with deeper blacks and brighter whites compared to a conventional RGB Display.

The screen delivers colour accuracy regardless of ambient light or viewing angle.

The TV has been awarded the Red Dot: Best of the Best honour and is recognised by respected international product testing and certification bodies TUV Rheinland, Intertek and VDE.

The LG 55" OLED TV is one of the first OLED TV in the world to receive THX certification.

Eco-friendliness is a major factor in the development of LG's curved OLED TV, which is why LG's design team selected a suitable material for the body. Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) not only contributes to the extreme thinness (4.3mm) but also for its light weight (17.2kg).

The LG Curved OLED TV reduces energy use compared to flat panel TVs.

Recently, Abans introduced the LG Curved ULTRA HD TV which presents a new standard of High Definition and raising the viewing bar higher than ever.

4K resolution is the future of digital picture, attaining a resolution four times that of Full HD, with a stunning 8.3 million pixels for flawless picture and incredible vivid detail. The panel is the key factor of a TV screen, determining the quality of the TV.

This screen has been curved to naturally fit our vision range and is most optimal from any display, providing equal distance from all parts of the screen to the eyes. Shaped after the natural form of human sight and vision, the screen is more comfortable and the images more real.

The preferred panel by professionals worldwide, the IPS 4K Panel produces breathtakingly real colour on 4K resolution. The IPS 4K panel can recover faster than competing panels because of their unique structure. Knock it to know it, just try a simple knock or poke at the screen to check the IPS 4K panel for yourself.

True 4K Engine creates vivid 4K pictures and the sophisticated algorithm of the engine brings low resolution images even close to 4K quality. LG ULTRA HD TV with its powerful engine will thoroughly satisfy the viewer with flawless detail, lifting the standard of visual display even higher.

The sounds of LG ULTRA HD TV are just as impressive as its visual power.

With the full impact of a multi-channel, forward-facing speaker system, it is essentially a sound bar within a TV. ULTRA Surround provides effective surround sound as if from seven different directions to engulf you from top to bottom, left and right, front and centre.

The built-in HEVC supports 4K video compression with 60 frames per second delivering clear and blur-free motions.

The curved LG Ultra HD TV comes alive in 4K 3D+. The world's most comfortable 3D is also the sharpest 3D in 4K resolution. With its quadrupled resolution, the 3D images are more splendid than ever and the realism more lively than ever whereas the latest evolution brought on by the simplicity of webOS which enables you to enjoy Smart TV with convenience, enjoyment and easiness.

By clicking on the Home Button, you can pick out contents and functions from a Launcher at the bottom of the screen with Live TV programs, VOD, 3D Contents, Apps and Recommended Content all in one place.
