Altair, Sri Lanka's spectacular 'A' shaped high-rise luxury
condominium developer, conducted two promotional events in the Maldivian
archipelago.
Members of the upper echelon of Maldivian society including MPs and
members of the Cabinet, resort owners and prominent businessmen were
present at the Jen Hotel in Male.
The second event targeting the expatriate community at the Hulhulé
Island Hotel (HIH) was attended by diplomats, foreign investors and
expatriates holding senior executive positions in the Maldives.
The events were organised by Indocean Developers (Pvt) Ltd, the
promoters of Altair with local partners Damas Real Estate and Berthold
and Kotthoff.
"The interest in Altair reflected its perceived potential as an
inimitable luxury home for the affluent visitor and as an investment
property in a fast-developing market," Director, Indocean Developers,
Pradeep Moraes said. The development's 1.5 million square feet of
high-end eco-friendly living space will be supported by 40,000 square
feet of up-market retail space.
The project is due to be completed in 2017. |
