DIMO 'Star Experience' in Ratnapura

'Star Experience', a get-together of Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts, was held in Ratnapura recently.

This was the sixth 'Star Experience' organised by Diesel and Motor Engineering Company (DIMO). Some of the previous events were at Kandy, Polonnaruwa and Galle. The main objective of this event series is to introduce the latest Mercedes-Benz range and to create awareness about 'DIMO Premier', certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles from DIMO.

Over 120 customers, Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts and their spouses attended the event, which was held at Silver Ray Hotel, Pelmadulla. These included Mercedes-Benz owners, potential owners and opinion leaders in the region.

The Mercedes-Benz Citan provides passengers with urban luxury coupled with Mercedes-Benz safety features and ultimate performance. The Citan is an ideal urban transporter that provides economy, safety and luxury. The invitees were made aware of the advantages of buying a Mercedes-Benz from DIMO, and about the facilities available at 'DIMO 800' - Mercedes-Benz Centre. Chairman and Managing Director, DIMO, Ranjith Pandithage, CEO Gahanath Pandithage, Directors Suresh Gooneratne and Sarath Algama, Head of Service, Tharanga Gunawardena, Head of Passenger Sales and Parts, Rajeev Pandithage and (Manager, Passenger Sales, Dinesh Gunaratne were also present.
