Nivasie Developers showcase two apartments

Nivasie Developers recently launched its latest project, Orchid Apartments in Malabe. Designed by architects of Studio Viveg and constructed by International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd, Orchid Apartments offers one of the first vertical living experiences in Malabe.

The superstructure of the 12-floor, Orchid Apartment tower which comprises two wings and houses 94 apartments in four architectural designs is almost 50 percent complete.
