Expo Fair, attracting food and beverage suppliers and manufacturers," he
said.
The Food Expo showcased a range of Sri Lankan, Indian, Western and
eastern food styles and presentations and local and foreign chefs
battled for honours under various categories such as practical live
category and static display category."In the past, prominence was given
to the culinary side but this year we expanded the industry side as
well.
