Mobile on-line trading system from IronOne

IronOne Technologies launched ATrad Mobile for investors to access the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) for real-time market information and to trade securely via smartphones.

ATrad Mobile has easy to use stock trading features that allow clients to securely trade stocks, track and manage portfolios and market movements and analyse industry research and trends.

Chief Executive Officer, IronOne Technologies, Lakmini Wijesundera said, "The launch of ATrad Mobile is timely because the CSE has encouraged the industry and all broker firms to adopt new technology for global investment opportunities. ATrad Mobile expands accessibility beyond the traditional desktop or laptop."

"In Sri Lanka alone there are nineteen million mobile phone subscribers while the number of desktops or laptops lags behind at around six million. Therefore, easy mobile access immediately opens CSE trading and market access by more than ten-fold," she said.

"Globally too, similar trends apply in terms of desktops and laptops versus mobile device penetration and hence we are excited to see the boom in CSE trading," she added.

"This new offering will open access to an expanded audience including the younger generation and busy executives who essentially need access while on the go," Wijesundera said.

ATrad Mobile's innovative technology has a plug and play approach and is easy to use as it works on any type or size of mobile device such as an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android Tab or a Windows phone.
