SLT opens teleshop in Mullaitivu

Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) opened a teleshop at PWD Road, Mullaitivu Town, which will serve the growing number of customers in the district.

Cstomers in the area had to travel approximately 60 km to Killinochchi to obtain services. With the opening of the teleshop, customers will have a faster service.

The teleshop will provide teleshop services and facilities including new connections, bill payments and fault reporting and the purchase of equipment.

Group CEO, SLT, Dileepa Wijesundera said, "We are constantly expanding our network of teleshops to get closer to customers. This will ensure faster delivery as well. Our customer base in the Mullaitivu district has been growing and the teleshop will help us to better serve the growing base of customers. This will also help us to showcase our latest products and services to customers."

Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) is a major provider of ICT networks and services for top enterprises and multinational corporations representing all economic sectors and other operators and ISPs, public sector, small, medium and micro business and domestic customers.

SLT hopes to be a key regional player by offering state-of-the-art global services provided through multiple international undersea cable systems.

The company has made major investments in international submarine cable systems such as Bharat-Lanka submarine cable system and Dhiraagu-SLT submarine cable system.
