Trinity take U-17 Sixes title

Trinity College's Under 17 cricket team led by Hasitha Boyagoda emerged Champions beating Kingswood College at the inaugural Under 17 six-a-side cricket tournament for the Manel Monerawela Rajapakse trophy held last Friday at the Police ground organised by Ecole International School, Kandy in connection with their 25th Anniversary.

The final match was limited to four overs as the light was fading.

Trinity scored 52 and allowed Kingswood to score only 28 runs in 4 overs. Sangeeth Shanmuganathan of Trinity scored 42 with two towering sixes.
