No place for Vandersay in Sri Lanka squad
There is still no place for uncapped leg spinner Jeffery Vandersay in
the Sri Lanka Test squad picked for the series against India the first
of which starts at the Galle International cricket stadium on August 12.
Vandersay turned into a sensation when he took eight scalps in a
three-day game against Pakistan but was only thrown into the slam-bang
T20 side.
Sri Lankan spinners who played in the lost three-Test series against
Pakistan struggled for wickets including the aging veteran Rangana
Herath.
